🚨 Hiring: Compliance Monitoring Manager | Crypto Exchange | Dubai We’re working with a leading crypto exchange in Dubai that is looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Manager to strengthen its second-line compliance function. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong compliance monitoring experience who wants to work within the fast-moving digital assets / crypto sector. The role: - Develop and maintain the firm's Compliance Monitoring Programme - Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and thematic reviews - Assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures - Identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions - Produce clear monitoring reports and present findings to senior management - Work closely with Compliance, MLRO, Risk, Legal and business teams - Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business - Support regulatory examinations, audits and other compliance reviews - Track remediation of compliance findings through to completion We're looking for: - 5+ years' experience in compliance, ideally with a strong compliance monitoring background - Experience within crypto, digital assets, fintech, payments or financial services - Strong understanding of risk-based compliance monitoring methodologies - Experience working within a regulated environment - Good knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, market conduct and broader regulatory requirements - Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills - UAE / VARA experience is highly desirable - Professional compliance qualification (ICA, ACAMS or similar) is advantageous 📍 Location: Dubai 💰 Salary: Competitive / dependent on experience If you're currently working in compliance monitoring and are interested in moving into the digital assets space, I'd be keen to speak.
