Web3/digital-asset experience is a plus; strong Web2 finance backgrounds are equally welcome What You Will Do - Originate and manage FI partnership channels: private banks, brokers, licensed intermediaries, exchanges and wealth platforms. - Drive partnerships end to end: targeting, outreach, negotiation, signing and post launch management. - Pipeline and Maintain the institutional pipeline with regular progress reporting. - Engage institutional clients through industry conferences and events. - What We Look For - 3 –6 years in institutional sales, channel partnerships or FI business development (private bank, broker, asset manager or exchange). - Strong institutional origination capability and willingness to travel frequently. - Willing to carry business targets, resilient and results driven. - Basic understanding of compliance boundaries in wealth product distribution. - Bilingual in Chinese and English. - Nice to Have - Digital asset channel network; cross border FI partnership experience; Cantonese or other languages.
