Role Description The Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of luxury real estate investments. Daily activities include monitoring portfolio performance, conducting market and financial analysis, and recommending investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles. The role involves coordinating property acquisitions and disposals, overseeing rental strategies, and ensuring effective asset allocation across off-plan and secondary market properties. The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with sales, finance, and client relationship teams to prepare reports, present portfolio updates, and support informed decision-making. This role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, market trends, and emerging investment opportunities. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Portfolio Management and Investments skills to construct, manage, and optimize real estate portfolios. - Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk-return profiles, and support strategic decisions. - Candidates should possess Trading and transaction execution skills to manage buying, selling, and rebalancing activities efficiently. - Relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or wealth management within the UAE or GCC market is highly beneficial. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage. - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-end real estate environment.
