Work you'll do - Ensure a good understanding of our client’s needs. - Collaborate with clients to develop tailored actionable technology solutions and apply new technologies that align with their business objectives. - Assist banks in updating and transforming existing system functionalities to achieve greater automation in risk management processes - Perform requirements analysis, application design and develops technical design documents - Apply new technologies/ new solutions to drive the design of the systems and tools - Conduct system implementation supervision work, including progress management, user acceptance testing, and coordination of the release/deployment of new solutions to production. - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding of new solutions - Support business developing activities, such as developing proposals and presenting to client's management During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness.
