Looking for a team of technical support for cloud technology Your new company Our client is expanding its data centre operations team in Hong Kong and is hiring hands-on infrastructure operations talent to support large-scale, mission-critical environments. Your new role - Data centre operations execution ○ Complete data centre operations work according to standard operating procedures and ensure SLA compliance. ○ Work task: Complete on-site operations work based on work orders and business requirements. - Server fault handling and vendor coordination for maintenance ○ Handle server faults within the IDC and follow up with vendors on maintenance. ○ Work task: Repair Alibaba self-maintained servers. - Network equipment operations and basic cabling support ○ Responsible for network equipment configuration, daily network fault handling and limited cabling within the IDC. ○ Work task: Responsible for on-site network equipment deployment, allocation and repair. - IDC daily inspection and abnormality reporting ○ Conduct daily inspections within the IDC and promptly report issues to the IT team leader / IDC service operations manager. ○ Work task: Responsible for daily IDC inspection work.
