Role Description The Installer role at Aaan Smart LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Installer is responsible for setting up, wiring, mounting, and configuring assigned systems and equipment according to company standards and project specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting installation plans, preparing tools and materials, performing safe and accurate installations, and testing systems to ensure proper operation. The role also involves troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting completed work, and communicating clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients. Installers are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality requirements. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to read and follow technical drawings, installation guides, and written instructions. - Hands-on experience with tools, wiring, mounting hardware, and basic troubleshooting of installed systems. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision. - Effective communication skills and professional customer service when interacting with clients and team members. - Commitment to workplace safety practices and adherence to company policies and procedures. - Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or a related technical trade is preferred. - High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. - Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including standing, lifting, and working with tools for extended periods.
