They are transforming their agency distribution and claims operations to deliver best-in-class customer and advisor experiences. This role sits within their IT Project Management team, driving platform modernisation initiatives. Role Duties - Lead end-to-end delivery of agency portal and claims system projects. - Drive system integration and process improvement workstreams. - Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors. - Oversee project scope, budget, risks, and timelines. - Report to senior leadership and SteerCo. Role Requirements (2x) Mid-Senior Level - 8+ years project management experience - Insurance / financial services background - Agency or claims system delivery experience - PMP or Agile certification preferred - Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin Senior Level - 10+ years project management experience - Insurance / financial services background - Agency or claims system delivery experience - Strong stakeholder management & articulation - Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin Why Apply High-visibility transformation programme shaping agency and claims operations.
