Customer Success Consultant

Role Description The Director at HappyBow! is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role oversees overall business and operational strategy, guiding cross-functional teams in product development, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer experience. The Director sets performance goals, monitors key metrics, and ensures that processes align with the company’s commitment to pet wellness and high-quality nutrition. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior staff, managing budgets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with partners and vendors. The Director also champions a collaborative, inclusive culture and supports long-term growth through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications - Proven leadership experience in operations, general management, or a related field, preferably within consumer goods, pet nutrition, or food manufacturing. - Strong strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. - Experience building and leading diverse teams, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and inclusive leadership. - Knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to food or pet products is highly beneficial. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. - Passion for pet wellness and an interest in contributing to high-quality nutrition solutions for companion animals.
