To learn more about Maxim’s, visit www.maxims.com.hk Responsibilities: - Provide support to Leasing Team on lease administration related matters - Review and administer all tenancy agreements, leases, licenses and other related documents - Prepare and maintain filing system - Coordinate with internal and external parties for lease administration related matters Requirements: - Diploma or above in legal studies, business or property-related disciplines - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property leasing and/or lease administration field. Law firm experience in tenancy matters will also be considered. - Strong organizational and administration skills and attention to details - Self-motivated with good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills - Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Interested parties please send your resume with current and expected remuneration package via "Apply".
