🚨 WE ARE HIRING | MULTI-RESTAURANT MANAGER 🚨 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Department: Operations | Hospitality Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations, team leadership, sales growth, and profitability? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Restaurant Manager to oversee and optimize the operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations. 🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage high-volume operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth and efficient FOH and BOH performance. • Develop, implement, and maintain FOH and BOH SOPs, policies, procedures, and operational standards. • Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational and service excellence. • Lead and support new restaurant openings, ensuring operational readiness, team preparation, and successful launches. • Lead teams to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and exceptional guest experiences. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance. • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and maintenance standards. • Oversee restaurant maintenance, facilities, and equipment to ensure a safe and fully operational environment. • Monitor sales, labor, operational costs, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare and share daily and weekly sales and restaurant performance reports with senior management. • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure operational, commercial, and business objectives are achieved. 👤 REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant management. • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Multi-Restaurant Manager or in an equivalent senior management role. • Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-unit restaurant operations. • Relevant hospitality, restaurant management, food safety, and/or leadership certifications are preferred. • Professional training in Food Safety/HACCP, Health & Safety, Customer Service, Leadership, or Restaurant Operations is preferred. • Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations, SOP development, and service standards. • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills. • Proven ability to drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, maintenance, and compliance requirements. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-location environment. 🌟 WHAT WE OFFER ✨ Attractive Package ✨ Healthy Insurance Coverage ✨ Airline Ticket Every Year ✨ Work-Life Balance ✨ Career Growth Opportunities ✨ Opportunity to be part of a Growing Hospitality Group 📩 INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR TEAM?
