We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Shanghai! You will manage the full-cycle recruitment for store, office, and warehouse positions. What you will do: - Manage a pipeline of 100+ candidates across different stages of the hiring process - Handle recruitment for store, office, and warehouse positions - Source candidates via local platforms and proactively build talent pipelines - Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights What we expect - Proven experience in recruitment - Work experience in beauty/fashion retail - Experience with HR systems and advanced Excel skills - Strong knowledge of local recruitment platforms: Liepin, 51job, Zhaopin - Experience in organizing processes for high-volume candidate flows - Skills in using AI for recruitment -is an advantage - Empathy, strong communication and listening skills
