Job Description
Position Overview To support in the performance of Engineering functions such as wafer processing and performing quality inspections and other activities that may be required. Responsibilities - Perform wafer processes such as lithography (Coat, Expose, Develop) and lift-off. - Coordinate and process development monitoring product dies at regular interval to track process stability, Cp/Cpk. - Develop and process new optoelectronics integrated circuits products to meet design goals and requirements. - Apply state-of-the-art techniques to develop new or improved products and processes. - Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress. Upkeep all process design documentation - Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required. - All other reasonable duties, as assigned. Requirements - Minimum 5-10 years of experience. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Knowledge and interest in silicon processing, photonics would be a plus. - Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations. - Familiarity with MS Office, data analysis tools such as JMP.
