Interior Architect

Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Architect role is based in Fujairah. The Interior Architect will develop interior concepts, prepare design proposals, and produce detailed drawings and specifications for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, coordination of interior fit-out works, material and finishes selection, and ensuring design compliance with applicable standards and client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, as well as site visits to review progress and resolve design-related issues. The Interior Architect will also support project documentation, presentations, and client meetings to communicate design intent clearly and professionally. Qualifications - Ability to perform effective Space Planning and layout development aligned with functional and aesthetic requirements. - Strong skills in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, including concept development, material selection, and detailing. - Foundational knowledge of Architecture principles and integration of interior solutions with overall building design. - Experience in Interior Fit-out coordination, including drawings, specifications, and site supervision. - Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max , or similar) and presentation tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. - Strong visual, technical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and clients on-site in Fujairah. - Understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations; experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
