(Senior) Business Analyst – Core System, Insurance

Job Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. - Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, business processes, and solution requirements. - Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions and process improvements. - Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Job Requirements - Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines. - 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in system implementation or transformation projects. - Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. - Knowledge of SDLC, JIRA, APIs, system integrations, and SQL is an advantage. - Experience in Insurance Core Systems (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims) is highly preferred. - Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
