AI Use Case Lead - tech background

Our client is well-established Financial Institution in Hong Kong and who is looking for the AI Use Case Lead to join the team. Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with business stakeholders to develop innovative AI application using various AI technology, e.g., RAG, workflow and AI agent. - Bring the AI application from prototyping stage to production with proper evaluation and testing throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Develop services and integrate them with internal and external APIs / MCPs to power AI applications. - Work closely with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers and Product Owners to deliver AI application in a continuous delivery environment. - Keep pace with new technologies and promote them across the organization whenever appropriate. - Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers, and manage the delivery timeline and scope of multiple AI projects. Job Requirements: - University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields - At least 6 years of experience in data science, software engineering or AI engineering - Experience in Dify, LangGraph is preferrable. - Experience in delivery of RAG application or other AI application is a must - Experience in leading and mentoring a team is a must. - Experience in public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, AliCloud) and having any relevant certification is preferable. - Experience in system design and software development lifecycle is a preferable. - Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large scale enterprise environment is a preferable - Experience in Web Application development is an advantage (e.g.: NextJs, React, Typescript) - Experience in the following technology stack is preferable Programming: Python, SQL AI Orchestration: Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc. Vector DB: Milvus, ElasticSearch, Qdrant, etc. LLM: OpenAI, Deepseek, etc. Data Engineering: Airflow, Spark Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes CICD Suite: Jenkins, JIRA, Sonar, Git, Ansible Test Framework: jMeter, jUnit, PyTest - Experience in working in an international team, with solid grounding in financial service is a plus - Excellent communication skills and data driven thinking capabilities - Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative, and with a proven track record in developing and driving firm-wide initiatives - Ability to turn problem statements into clear feasible solutions that add business value.
