Job Description As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Preparing detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders. - Overseeing cash flow management and financial planning. - Collaborating with internal teams to optimise financial processes. - Supervising and mentoring accounting staff. - Managing audits and liaising with external auditors. - Identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. The Successful Applicant A Successful Finance Manager Should Have - A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred. - Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting standards. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. - Proficiency in financial software and tools. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. What's on Offer - Annual salary between HKD 594,000 and HKD 726,000. - 12-month salary plus performance-based bonus.
