Skills Description A B.Ed. or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, specialising in Inclusion, Special Educational Needs, Special Education or a related field A minimum of 1 year's teaching experience in an Inclusion, Special Educational Needs or Special Education setting Experience supporting students with a range of additional learning needs within a mainstream school environment Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England A passion for delivering engaging, innovative and inclusive learning experiences that meet the individual needs of all students High expectations for student achievement, inclusion and wellbeing Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other professionals A commitment to continuous professional growth and developing inclusive practice We offer: Four-day working week Competitive tax-free salary Individual fully furnished accommodation Free schooling for eligible dependants Private medical insurance Annual flight allowance End of service gratuity In addition, all staff enjoy access to the GEMS Rewards programme, providing exclusive discounts across travel, retail, dining and leisure throughout the UAE.
