Job Description

We need a strategy leader who can bring structure to complex decisions and keep the business focused on what matters. You will support leadership on market analysis, planning, strategic priorities, and the follow-through needed to turn decisions into action. Singapore is a regional business hub, so an international outlook will serve you well. In Singapore, we want someone who can build relationships with regional stakeholders and develop opportunities that can grow across multiple markets. This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well. What you will do • Support annual and quarterly planning • Build clear analysis for leadership decisions • Coordinate major cross-functional initiatives • Track progress against strategic priorities • Research markets, competitors, and strategic opportunities What we are looking for • Significant leadership experience in the relevant function • Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information • Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance • Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders • Regional APAC experience is a strong advantage.
