We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our permanent recruitment and executive search practice across the Middle East. This role is a key internal position, acting as a central pillar of our recruitment function, working closely with business development, management, and leadership to drive hiring success, grow verticals, and build high-performing teams. Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and executive roles - Partner with management and business development teams - Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple industries - Conduct interviews and ensure high-quality hiring delivery - Support growth of recruitment verticals and team development Profile - Minimum 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment in an agency/outsourcing environment is mandatory - Fluency in English is mandatory - Experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East - Willingness to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field What We Offer - Strategic role in a growing recruitment business - Strong progression and leadership exposure - Competitive salary and commission structure Join Terracotta and be part of a dynamic and growing organization where your contribution matters and your ideas help drive business success.
