Responsible for engineering robust and scalable platform solutions, the role includes managing Rights Delegation frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient privilege management across systems. The engineer supports Documentation and Education Operations by developing clear technical documentation and contributing to team upskilling initiatives. As part of 3rd-level support, they resolve complex incidents and drive root cause analysis. The role actively contributes to Process Definition and Improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and service reliability. Participation in an on-call rotation ensures continuous support and rapid response to critical production issues.
