Job Description

About the role: Our client is hiring experienced Immigration Consultants specializing in second citizenship and residency-by-investment programs, particularly across Europe and the Caribbean. The successful candidate will advise high-net-worth clients, understand their personal and investment objectives, recommend suitable programs, and manage the sales journey from initial consultation through to closing. Key responsibilities: - Advise clients on citizenship and residency-by-investment options. - Assess client eligibility, objectives and financial requirements. - Present suitable European, Caribbean, and other investment-migration programs. - Manage qualified leads and conduct professional consultations. - Prepare proposals and follow up consistently to convert opportunities. - Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM. - Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams after closing. - Meet agreed monthly sales and revenue targets. - Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and regulatory awareness. Candidate requirements: - Proven experience in citizenship by investment, residency by investment or investment migration. - Strong knowledge of European residency programs and second-passport solutions. - Demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads and close high-value cases. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. - Strong follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset. - Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage. - Existing UAE experience and familiarity with the regional client market are strongly preferred.
