What you will do: As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients looking to finance their property journey. You’ll: - Build and develop strong client relationships - Generate and convert new business opportunities - Understand clients’ financial needs and objectives - Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions - Guide clients through the mortgage application journey from start to finish - Work closely with banks, lenders, and internal teams - Manage client documentation and applications with accuracy - Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions - Work towards and exceed individual sales targets What we are looking for: You don't need years of mortgage experience, we're looking for potential, personality, and sales ability. You should have: - 6 months–1 year of sales experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, real estate, luxury sales, or another target-driven environment - A confident and engaging communication style - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills - A natural ability to connect with people and build trust - A competitive, ambitious, and target-driven mindset - Excellent attention to detail - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment - Strong English communication skills - A genuine interest in building a career within financial services - The ability to work on-site in Dubai Why join us: This isn't just another sales role.
