AI Deployment Strategist – Enterprise AI Transformation

AI Deployment Strategist – Enterprise AI Transformation A confidential, hypergrowth AI company, widely regarded as one of the most exciting agentic AI platform businesses globally, is building out its Singapore launch team ahead of major APAC expansion. Backed by significant funding and operating across 40+ countries, the company is transforming how enterprises operate through a full-stack AI platform spanning front, middle, and back-office functions. With rapid growth, real enterprise deployments, and aggressive expansion plans across Asia, this is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage. The Deployment Strategist will play a critical role in the company’s “land and expand” model — partnering with enterprise clients to drive successful AI deployments, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and uncover new transformation opportunities across the organisation. This is a highly hybrid role combining: - Consulting - Enterprise transformation - Project delivery - Product thinking - Stakeholder management - Commercial strategy - AI implementation The ideal profile will likely come from a top-tier consulting background (MBB preferred) with strong implementation exposure, combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in AI and technology transformation. Candidates should demonstrate: - Experience delivering complex enterprise projects end-to-end - Strong stakeholder management skills - Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments - Technical and commercial fluency - A builder mentality with startup, product, or zero-to-one experience viewed highly favourably This is not a pure strategy role. The successful individual will be execution-focused, client-facing, and deeply involved in deployment and expansion initiatives across major enterprises in financial services, insurance, telecoms, government, and travel. Exceptional opportunity to join a category-defining AI company at the earliest stage of its APAC growth journey.
