About The Role Were hiring Inside Sales Executives / Telecallers to join Elunos growing sales team. This role focuses on calling inbound leads, understanding customer needs, and converting interest into sales. What Youll Do Call and engage with inbound and outbound leads Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Close sales and achieve daily / monthly targets Maintain call and lead records Work closely with the sales and operations team What Were Looking For Excellent spoken English and communication skills Strong sales mindset and persuasion skills Comfortable with high call volumes Target-driven and motivated 03 years of experience (freshers welcome if communication is strong) Compensation & Growth Fixed pay + performance incentives Fast-growing startup with learning and growth opportunities
