Key Responsibilities: • Create and develop financial modelling. • Handle the full process of Parallel Market IPO and Tadawul. • Supervise the financial due diligence task. • Preparing feasibility study reports and financial models. • Preparing evaluation report. • Handle the full process of private placement. • Handle the full process of investment opportunities “M&A”.
