Director Total Rewards

Director, Total Rewards | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia I’m partnering with a large, established Saudi organisation to appoint a Director, Total Rewards, reporting directly to the CHRO. This is a Group-level leadership position responsible for shaping the organisation’s overall reward strategy and architecture across compensation, benefits, executive rewards and incentive programmes. The position will take ownership of: - Group Total Rewards strategy, philosophy and governance - Compensation architecture, job grading, salary structures and market positioning - Executive compensation and reward recommendations - Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive programmes (STI/LTI) - Annual salary, promotion and incentive review cycles - Benefits strategy and optimisation - Reward analytics, internal equity and pay-for-performance - Senior-level reward governance and preparation of recommendations for executive and Board-level stakeholders We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards leader with a strong background in complex, multi-business or multinational organisations. You should bring significant experience across executive compensation, compensation frameworks, incentive design, market benchmarking and reward governance, together with the ability to operate confidently with senior executives.
