BIM Modeler – Fit-Out We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Fit-Out to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining architectural fit-out BIM models, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and delivering accurate construction documentation. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain architectural fit-out BIM models, including partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery/millwork, and FF&E layouts, in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). - Coordinate model updates with the BIM Coordinator and Design Manager to reflect design revisions, detailing, and fit-out sequencing. - Perform clash detection with MEP and structural models, monitor coordination issues, and support timely resolution. - Produce quantity take-offs, finish schedules, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for procurement and site execution. - Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and company BIM protocols. - Support construction and design teams by providing coordinated and accurate BIM deliverables. - Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler – Fit-Out on interior fit-out projects. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. - Experience in architectural detailing, BIM coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing production. - Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and FF&E coordination. - Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
