Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for مكتب سالم محمد سالم الجهني للاستشارات الادارية in alignment with its mission and market position. This part-time, remote role includes overseeing financial performance, guiding operational efficiency, and ensuring that consulting services and feasibility studies meet client expectations and regulatory standards. The CEO will develop and refine business plans, set long-term strategic priorities, and supervise key client relationships, especially in the areas of debt collection and recovery services. Daily responsibilities include monitoring organizational performance, coaching senior consultants, approving major projects and initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities in the Saudi market. The CEO will also represent the firm in high-level discussions with partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and promoting the firm’s advisory capabilities. Qualifications - Strong skills in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and investment strategies. - Proven experience in Operations Management, including optimizing processes, resource allocation, and service delivery within a consulting or professional services environment. - Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities, with a track record of setting clear organizational goals and driving long-term growth initiatives. - Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and business development, including building client relationships and expanding service offerings in target markets. - Prior leadership experience at the executive level, ideally within consulting, financial services, or related industries. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Saudi market are highly beneficial. - Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
