GRC RSA Archer Specialist

Responsibilities - Support and develop RSA Archer applications. - Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports. - Support GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes. - Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues. - Support changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and releases. - Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. - Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and vendors. - Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities. Requirements - BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field. - 3+ Yrs of hands-on RSA Archer experience. - Strong experience in RSA Archer configuration/customization. - Good understanding of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Assessment workflows. - Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and platform support. - Ability to support upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments. - Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - English & Arabic required. - Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
