Global Benefits Associate Manager (Hong Kong HQ)

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a Global Benefits Associate Manager role with a top-tier multinational organisation within the industrial sector. Based in Hong Kong and reporting directly to the Head of Compensation & Benefits in Europe, this is a individual contributor role focused on global benefits strategy, benefits governance, benchmarking, policy enhancement, and benefits-related analytics across multiple markets. We are seeking a driven professional with 5-8+ years of experience in benefits, rewards, pension, insurance, wellbeing, or related HR disciplines gained within a multinational environment. Candidates from consulting and advisory backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply, whilst in-house experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, numerically strong, and passionate about using data to drive decision-making. Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English are essential. Cantonese and Mandarin would be considered a plus.
