Laundry Operations Supervisor

Company . ER laundry Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Operation Manager at ER Laundry located in Sharjah. The Laundry Operation Manager will oversee day-to-day laundry operations, manage staff, ensure quality control, handle inventory management, and implement efficient processes to meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations. * Supervise production teams and ensure smooth workflow. * Maintain high standards of garment quality and finishing. * Monitor washing, dry cleaning, pressing, spotting, and garment-care processes. * Ensure proper handling of delicate and high-value garments. * Manage staff productivity, schedules, and training. * Control operational costs, chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage. * Handle quality issues and customer complaints related to garment care. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. * Strong hands-on experience and technical knowledge in dry cleaning is essential. * Good knowledge of fabrics, stains, chemicals, washing programs, pressing, and garment care. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality-control skills. * Experience in a commercial/professional laundry environment is preferred.
