Barista/Senior Barista/Café Supervisor

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas, Senior Baristas, and Café Supervisors to support daily café operations, deliver excellent service, and maintain high operational standards.Role Description • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards. • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. • Take customer orders and handle POS transactions accurately. • Provide product recommendations and promote café offerings. • Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment. • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the café. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. • Support daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Maintain coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment in good working condition. • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items when required. • Support promotional campaigns, special events, and company initiatives. • Train and guide new team members on operational procedures and service standards. • Supervise daily operations and support staff performance when assigned supervisory duties. • Monitor staff attendance, shift arrangements, and workflow efficiency. • Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets. • Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed. • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment. • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.Qualifications • Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, F&B outlet, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. • Experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, Café Supervisor, Coffee Specialist, Shift Leader, or similar position is preferred. • Passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service. • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso machines, and beverage recipes is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. • Good organizational and multitasking skills. • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. • Leadership and team supervision skills are preferred for Senior Barista and Café Supervisor positions. • Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards is preferred. - • Relevant qualifications or working experience in Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Customer Service, or a related field are preferred.
