We’re now looking for a Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to represent our projects, engage with clients, and drive sales Key Responsibilities - Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects - Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations - Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors - Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business Mandatory Requirement - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales - Proven track record in selling off-plan properties - Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers - Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred) - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle - Available for immediate joining or short notice - Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software Why Join Atara Developmnet?
