Job Description
Requirements - 3-6 years of experience in UX research. - Deep expertise in qualitative research methods — including both traditional and modern approaches to recruitment and reporting. - Skilled in qualitative analysis techniques such as thematic analysis and affinity mapping, and in producing deliverables like service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows. - Ability to select the right qualitative methods and synthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables for design, product, business, and technology teams. - Expertise in defining research objectives with product, design, brand, and engineering teams to support the entire product lifecycle. - Strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies. - Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver quality services and experiences.
