Senior Officer, Marketing Operations (1-year contract)

Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Officer (1-year contract) to support the execution and operational management of marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for someone who is meticulous and organised, and with a passion for enabling marketing success through efficient processes and reconciliation. Responsibilities Job Description Finance Support - Coordinate with internal functions within Marketing to maintain marketing spend tracker, monthly accruals and rolling forecasts. - Coordinate with external media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners to track spend against budget. - Review and verify invoices from media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners. - Work with Finance and Procurement teams to process payments and maintain audit-ready documentation. Reporting - Extract campaign performance data from media agency and vendors, and formulate reports for internal and external sharing. - Support preparation of reports for presentations to internal and external audience, including providing first-level analysis. - Support Digital Marketing & Market Development internal data requests (using Tableau). Admin Support - Provide logistics and admin support for meetings with tourism organisations/airport partners - Handle Airport Pass applications, including liaising with HR and/or Security Department, Changi Airport Group, Certis and Airport Police Department, to support marketing activities, when the need arises. Requirements - Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin or operations preferred - Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Positive, proactive and adaptable - Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a bonus - Proficient in Microsoft Office
