Port Captain

We are seeking an experienced Port Captain to join our team and oversee daily port operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a port or shipping company - Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel handling, and cargo handling procedures - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills - Ability to work under pressure and make sound operational decisions - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software - Fluent in English (written and spoken) If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a challenging role in the maritime industry, we'd love to hear from you.
