We are urgently looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer (L2) for a short-term onsite assignment in Singapore. 📍 Location: 79 Robinson Rd, #25-03 CapitaSky, Singapore 068897 📅 Duration: 22 September – 9 October 2026 🗓️ Working Days: 14 weekdays 💰 Total Budget: USD 1,820 for the complete assignment 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers & hardware • Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams & business applications • Diagnose hardware, software, network & connectivity issues • Perform imaging, software installation, patching & upgrades • Support printers, scanners, docking stations & peripherals • Manage user accounts, password resets & access via Active Directory • Handle tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Freshservice or similar ITSM tools • Support meeting rooms, video conferencing & collaboration systems • Ensure endpoint security and IT security compliance • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device allocation • Provide professional customer support to end users ✅ Candidate Requirements • Strong Desktop / L2 Support experience • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software & network issues • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory & ITSM tools • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Must be available for the full assignment period 📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated CV ASAP. ⚠️ Note: The total budget is USD 1,820 for all 14 working days. #Hiring #SingaporeJobs #ITJobs #DesktopSupport #DesktopEngineer #L2Support #ITSupport #TechJobs #EndUserSupport #Microsoft365 #ActiveDirectory #ITRecruitment #
