The candidate will work closely with finance, audit, taxation, and business teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting - Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards. - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. - Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations. - Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records. Accounts Reconciliation - Conduct Bank, GL, Vendor, Customer, and Inter-company reconciliations. - Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies. - Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for resolution. Compliance & Audit - Support statutory, tax, and internal audits. - Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. - Monitor customer receivables and payment collections. - Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents.
