Senior Fashion Consultant - Drive individual and store sales through strong customer engagement. - Provide personalised jewellery styling and product recommendations. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Support the Store Manager in achieving store and operational objectives. - Drive sales growth by improving customer engagement, conversion, repeat business, and average bill value. - Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail. Store Manager / Sr Store Manager - Own the overall sales and operational performance of the store. - Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve business targets. - Drive customer experience, team productivity and store profitability. - Ensure adherence to inventory, VM, compliance and operational processes. - Experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail.
