WE ARE HIRING Lifting Engineer (Offshore Oil & Gas) Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting operations, maintenance, inspection, and load testing of lifting equipment. - Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in crane inspection, certification, troubleshooting, and auditing. - Strong experience in offshore oil & gas lifting operations. - Experience with offshore pedestal cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, forklifts, hoists, slings, shackles, winches, and other lifting equipment. - Ability to prepare, supervise, and execute critical lifting plans. - Experience managing and assessing lifting personnel competency (Appointed Person, Lifting Supervisor, Crane Operator, Rigger/Banksman). - Experience conducting lifting-related incident investigations. - Strong knowledge of lifting standards such as API, ASME, BS, ISO, DNV, LOLER, and LR. - Excellent leadership, communication, contractor management, and problem-solving skills. - Proven QA/QC and audit experience. Certifications (Mandatory): - LEEA Qualification (Entry Exam plus minimum 4 Diplomas). - CPCS A61 Appointed Person Certification or equivalent approved certification. - Technical and Management System Audit certification is preferred.
