Business Analyst / Project Manager – Algo Trading (Hedge Fund)

Business Analyst / Project Manager required by hedge fund in Hong Kong. Working closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, traders, and technology teams, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing front-office capabilities across the APAC region. Responsibilities - Partner with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and traders to support business, technology, and operational requirements. - Lead onboarding activities for new investment teams, strategies, products, and trading workflows. - Manage cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and review. - Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation, and resolution of complex operational and technology issues. Required Skills - Strong understanding of investing, quantitative research, trading workflows, and investment operations. - Experience supporting investment professionals and working effectively with front-office stakeholders. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
