Job Description

Via Medica in association with International SOS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join a highly regarded university in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to students, faculty, and staff while promoting a healthy and safe campus environment.Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD or equivalent) - Valid DOH License as a General Practitioner (mandatory) - Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in the UAE. - Previous experience in a school or university medical centre is highly preferred - Experience in Medical Centers, Emergency, and/or Pediatric Departments is required - Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient management skillsKey Responsibilities - Provide primary healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions - Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care as required - Promote preventive healthcare through health education and wellness initiatives - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinical best practices - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the health and wellbeing of the university community If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare in an academic environment, we encourage you to apply.
