About Willo Willo is a coordination service for civil wills in the UAE. We handle client intake, translation and registry logistics with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, Dubai Courts and the DIFC Wills Service. Our clients are expats who have bought property, started a family or built a business here and want certainty about what happens to their UAE assets. We do not give legal advice, and neither will you. The role We are looking for a UAE based freelance sales consultant to convert inbound leads into clients. Leads come from our paid campaigns and referrals. Your job is to reach them quickly, explain the service clearly, answer their questions, and close. This is a commission only role. You earn on every closed sale, with no cap. What you will do - Call and message new leads within the same day they come in - Follow up consistently by phone and WhatsApp until a lead converts or is closed out - Keep the pipeline in CRM up to date, with every lead at the correct stage and notes on every conversation - Share a regular pipeline report so the team knows the status of every lead, what is stuck and why - Pass closed clients to our operations team with clean handover notes - Feed back what you hear from leads so we keep improving the offer and the messaging Experience we look for Someone already selling to expat residents. Insurance, mortgage, real estate and financial services backgrounds tend to do well here, because the life triggers are the same. You are comfortable on the phone, organised enough to keep a CRM honest, and you like a role where your income tracks your effort directly. Requirements - Based in the UAE - Hold a valid UAE freelance permit or your own trade licence and able to invoice for your work. We cannot engage anyone without this in place. - Fluent English is mandatory. Arabic or other languages common in the UAE expat community are a plus. - Prior experience with a CRM.
