🚀 NDT Level III Engineer – Aerospace | UAE We are currently supporting an aerospace organization in the UAE in the setup of a new engine parts manufacturing facility and are looking for an experienced NDT Level III Engineer to join the project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing the NDT requirements and facility, supporting equipment selection, process development and qualification. 🔍 Key Responsibilities - Define and support the implementation of NDT requirements for the new manufacturing facility. - Contribute to the design and setup of the NDT facility, including equipment and process requirements. - Support the selection, procurement, installation and qualification of NDT equipment. - Develop, review and approve NDT procedures and technical documentation. - Provide technical expertise across multiple NDT methods. - Support the qualification and implementation of NDT processes for metallic aerospace components. - Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards and specifications. 🛠️ Key Requirements - NDT Level III certification – EN4179 / NAS 410 mandatory. - Strong experience in metallic inspection, particularly: - Nickel - Steel - Aluminium - Titanium - Level III qualification covering: - Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - Eddy Current Testing (ET) - Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI / MT) - Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI / PT) - Strong background in aerospace / aviation manufacturing. - Experience with NDT facility setup, equipment selection and process qualification is highly desirable. - Ability to work closely with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams. 📍 Project Details Location: UAE Work arrangement: On-site preferred Monthly rate: AED 20,000 – AED 40,000 ⚠️ Important: EN4179 or NAS 410 Level III certification is mandatory. ASNT-only certification will not be considered.
