Job Description
Responsibilities: - Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and reliable logistics services - Oversee B2B and B2C order fulfillment, ensuring service levels and customer expectations are met - Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers through regular KPI reviews - Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate inventory control activities, including stock reconciliation and cycle counts - Analyze logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and IT, to support business operations - Support logistics projects, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable logistics regulations - Support warehouse setup, logistics network development, and new business initiatives as required - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and customer experience Requirements: - 8+ years experience in logistics - 3PL management experience - Knowledge of WMS / ERP - Retail or beauty industry experience is preferred - Fluent Chinese and business-level knowledge of English language - APICS Certification is preferred
