Job Description

Experience: Up to 2 years (Banking experience preferred) Emiratization Role Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. - Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement and loyalty. - Promote and cross-sell relevant banking products and services based on customer needs. - Support customers with account-related services, digital banking solutions, and general banking information. - Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Accurately maintain customer records and update relevant systems. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Achieve service quality standards and contribute to branch/team performance targets. - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field. - Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer engagement, or a similar role. - Banking experience is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
