- Job Title – Sourcing Specialist - Type - Outsourced - Contract Duration- 2 Contract only -Immediate Joiners Only - Work Location – Dubai - Salary – AED 9000 - AED 10000 - Working days & timings – 5-day work and standard hours - Mandatory details/Skills –Customer Service, Calls, ATS Job description: - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Identify and screen relevant candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. - Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate screening calls/interviews. - Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database. - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities. - Track sourcing metrics such as response rates, qualified profiles, interviews, and closures.
