Job Description

Responsibilities - Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, providing clients with a high-quality shortlist. - Manage the full recruitment process, from initial client contact and candidate sourcing through to offer, placement. - Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful placement. - Maintain accurate records and activity on the company's CRM and recruitment systems. - Take responsibility for achieving agreed activity, revenue, and placement targets. - Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews - Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Effective communication skills - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft Office suite - High-energy and passion
