Requirements - Minimum 7 years of experience in the Kuwaiti cleaning industry (mandatory). - Proven experience in deep cleaning operations for buildings and upholstery. - Strong experience in managing cleaning teams and daily operations. - Ability to schedule, supervise, and coordinate field staff. - Ensure high service quality and monitor job performance. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. - Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices. - Ability to train and develop cleaning staff. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications. - Ability to prepare daily and weekly operational reports. - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. - Valid Kuwaiti driving license (Mandatory). - Willingness to travel between job sites. - Fluency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage. - Experience in preparing quotations and pricing cleaning services. - Ability to manage inventory and operational supplies. - Experience in improving operational efficiency and productivity. - Knowledge of health and safety standards. - Full-time availability. - Transferable residency in Kuwait. - Proven experience managing the day-to-day operations of a cleaning company. - Ability to maintain client relationships and secure new contracts. - Experience in monitoring KPIs and achieving operational targets.
