Hiring: Production & Continuous Improvement Manager Location: UAQ, UAE | Full-time We are looking for a hands-on production leader from paints, coatings, chemical, or similar batch-manufacturing environments. The role will manage production performance and continuous-improvement initiatives across mixing, dispersion, filling, and packing operations. Strong experience in Lean, OEE, RCA, process optimisation, shop-floor leadership, and HSE is required.
